With more than 20 years of independent operating experience in real estate, Jim is well versed in HOA management, property management, brokerage, and customer service. His real estate is backed by 19 years of upper-level business management at Texas Instruments, IBM and similar corporations.

Joanne graduated from North Adams State College with a Degree in Finance. She has been a resident of Plano for over 20 years. As a Real Estate Investor she has bought, sold, and renovated multiple properties in the DFW area. Raising her 3 children in Plano, she spent many years volunteering and serving on the PTA boards. She has enjoyed serving on the board and doing fundraising for many years at Chamberlain Performing Arts and currently a chairman at the Taylor Hooton Foundation nonprofit.
